SCP-2561 is to be kept at Paragon Research Facility, testing with SCP-2561 is to be done in a Standard Anomalous Entity Chamber inside of the Cleanrooms.
SCP-2561 is to have limited contact with other anomalies contained on the installation, namely being SCP-527 (see page SCP-527) and SCP-662-1 (see page SCP-662). During the majority of SCP-2561's free-roam, combative personnel are to escort SCP-2561 to prevent any disputes with SCP Foundation Personnel or other anomalies.
Luxury items such as personnel and games may be provided by the escorting combative as a reward for psychological conditioning.
Any de-escalation actions are to only be performed by combative personnel and it is not recommended for a Foundation Personnel to intervene with SCP-2561.
Personnel may talk to SCP-2561 freely but are never to anger the anomaly. For further information on this, please see Title 4: Chapter 1: Section 3: "SCP-2561" of the Code of Ethics. SCP-2561 is to be referred to as "cat" or "broadcast".
A jammer can be utilized on SCP-2561 if deemed vital to continue Foundation operations by Mobile Task Force Eta-9 "Wardens". SCP-2561 is opposed to utilization of the jammer and may resist attempts by Eta-9 to utilize it.

Description
SCP-2561 resembles an average-sized white house cat with the head of a television. The television displays the current emotion of SCP-2561, portrayed by a cat's face.
SCP-2561 is usually not dangerous unless provoked and is willing to hold a conversation. At times, SCP-2561 may talk in a third-person point of view, referring to itself as a channel. Each channel has a different emotion, the Scientific Department has begun research on SCP-2561's channels.
SCP-2561 has the ability to communicate via radios around the installation as well as the staff radio. SCP-2561 may also shock living organisms, explode radios and jam-handled transceivers, preventing their use. SCP-2561 has the ability to explode personnel upon command, SCP-2561 calls this phenomenon "Kaboom".
Additionally, SCP-2561 is capable of impersonating personnel on the radio as it pleases. It is fairly easy to detect if a message has been impersonated by the anomaly, as it will display the same idiolect SCP-2561 inhibits.
