Retrieval: Retrieved by burning, freezing, spinning, or mixing chemical(s) together that do not end in an artificial chemical. This chemical is basically the result of any chemical experiments that don't produce an artificial chemical.
(You can still use this chemical to make Holy Water by asking SCP-343).
