SCP-2561 is to be kept in a custom chamber inside the Light Containment Zone at Paragon Research Institute. The entity is freely allowed to roam as long as they do not attempt to leave the facility or cause trouble.
Any de-escalation actions must only be performed by combative personnel; it is not recommended to intervene with SCP-2561 during a scenario as such.
⚠ SCP-527 and SCP-2561 are to be prevented from coming into contact with each other due to arising conflicts between the two anomalies. Any cross-tests requires Eta-9 Command's approval.

SCP-2561, also known as "Broadcast," is a subject that has the appearance of a domesticated gray cat. Instead of a regular head, the subject has a vintage television set with antennas as a head. A drawn cat face is displayed on the television, able to shift between different expressions to show SCP-2561's current mood.
SCP-2561 refers to itself in third person (ie: "This Broadcast" or "Broadcast") and has the typical behavior to a house cat, displaying behavior of curiosity, childish, and enjoying games.
The subject has the ability to control control and speak through radio broadcasts, including the main communication radio. Additionally, SCP-2561 has the capability to explode radios, having enough power to kill others; despite its harmful capabilities, SCP-2561 rarely uses its powers maliciously.
