As a member of the Scientific Department, there are set expectations that Scientific Command expects those to meet. Those found in violation of these regulations shall be dealt with by the Scientific Department Command Team.
The following is a list of punishments that Command members may issue. If a member feels their punishment was unfair, they may send a ticket or contact the Internal Tribunal Department within the central Paragon Discord Server.

Scientific Department members must never use any scientific equipment with the intent to harm any personnel or anomalies.
Scientific Department members are only allowed to conduct duties that their rank, certifications, and/or subdivision allows.

This includes official events hosted in the Scientific Department reserved server.
Scientific Department members may not submit or provide any forged, falsified, AI-generated, or knowingly incorrect information.
Any found loopholes must be reported to a Board of Research+.
All testing and anomaly interaction regulations within the Code of Ethics must be followed.
All protocol regulations within the Code of Ethics must be followed.
All research conducted by Scientific Department members must be logged and submitted in the #test-submissions channel.
Scientific Department members may only test on a maximum of three anomalies at a time.
The limit may be raised using research points.
There is no limit on the number of chemicals that can be used in a test.
All tests require a combative escort.
Interviews do not require a combative unless entering a containment zone and/or using Class-D subjects.
Light Containment Zone testing is to be escorted by Security Guards or above with the exception of SCP-035, SCP-049 and SCP-4966-RED which require Eta-9.
All participating Class-Ds in a test must be rewarded; if submitting a test report, proof of the terminal input must be provided.
The uses of third-party applications (AI etc.) in any test reports, applications, etc. are prohibited.
Plagiarism from other logs is prohibited.
If using another person's custom format, the original creator must give permission for use.
All chemical testing must be done within the Vacant room located within the Cleanrooms.

When needing to grab a chemical from a sentient anomaly, you must ask for permission first.
You may hold SCP objects like SCP-500 to gather samples.
Personnel may wear the hazmat suit while inside the laboratory, but it must be removed when exiting.
Any chemical that can infect requires a minimum of one Eta-9 and the researcher administering the chemical to wear a hazmat suit.
Tests using Chemical Grenades are restricted to Junior Researcher+.
Chemical Grenades are only to be used for testing.
Chemical Barrels may only be placed inside the lab area or in a containment chamber for testing purposes.
SRT may utilize chemical barrels upon the Mobile Task Forces request, following their own regulations.
Mobile Task Force members may use Chemical Grenades, subject to their own internal regulations.
