SCP-262 is to remain in the possession of the individual designated The Administrator at all times and is not to be removed without authorization from the O5 Council. Personnel are prohibited from attempting to wear, confiscate, or physically interact with SCP-262 unless explicitly instructed by The Administrator. In the event SCP-262 is separated from its authorized wearer, the item is to be secured within a standard high-security anomalous artifact locker at the nearest Foundation facility until retrieval can be arranged.
DESCRIPTION
SCP-262 is an otherwise ordinary black trench coat of unknown origin, exclusively worn by an individual designated The Administrator. While worn, the coat manifests multiple prehensile tentacle-like appendages capable of forcibly restraining nearby subjects and positioning them directly before the wearer. These appendages may then execute one of several observed actions, including non-hostile physical contact, immediate release of the subject, or instantaneous termination through decapitation before retracting to an inactive state.
