SCP-049, also known as "The Doctor," is a humanoid entity that is taller than the average human. The subject's clothing is similar to the plague doctors during the Bubonic Plague.
SCP-049's intelligence is high, using sophisticated language when speaking. He is typically cooperative with Foundation Staff and combative personnel, willing to answer any questions. The subject has a deep concern for an unnamed disease that only he can sense, wishing to help those that are affected by it.
SCP-049 has the ability to make reanimated corpses, usually those that are affected by this unnamed disease, known as SCP-049-2. These instances have blue-ish skin and have basic motor skills, though below average mentality. SCP-049-2 instances listen to SCP-049's orders, which can become an issue in the scenario where SCP-049 is hostile.

The subject took the woman under its wing after her family was lost during the Empire raids. The two became close, traveling around for a decade and healing anyone who fell victim to the unnamed disease.
Jolanda was later killed by a nonbeliever; SCP-049, in return, avenged Jolanda by killing the nonbeliever. SCP-049 states to have grieved for years; however, he swears to continue Eir's goal.
⚠ SCP-049 is willing to take about Jolanda and his history after he takes Lavender.
