SCP-049 - 'The Plague Doctor'
SCP-049 was recently 'wiped' of all knowledge of prior events that took place when it moved from another timeline after SCP-1730-5 caused a rift to open in reality. SCP-049 was transferred here with SCP-343 and SCP-017, who underwent the same effects.
SCP-049's given name was 'Dautal'; however, when interacting with SCP-049, it is advised that you refer to it exclusively as 'Doctor'.
SCP-049 used to have a mentor named "Percival". Percival and 049 met after Percival found 049 on the verge of death from what we know as the disease. Percival helped him and saved his life, after which SCP-049 joined Percival and was taught the very essence of medicine, including the cure.
They roamed throughout Europe, curing people centuries ago. Percival was killed after a group of the people he and the Doctor helped cure attacked them. The Doctor has not said why they attacked them, saying, "For another time, Researcher".
