Scientific Command Academy

The Scientific Command Academy (SCA) is a training program designed to prepare Senior Researchers for a Research Instructors position by giving them the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in command positions within the Scientific Department. It is divided into six units, each covering key responsibilities. Unit 1 introduces the purpose, structure, and regulations of the SCA, while Unit 2 focuses on grading reports using a standardized rubric and providing constructive feedback. Unit 3 teaches the proper enforcement of the Code of Conduct, including issuing light, moderate, and severe punishments based on departmental guidelines. Unit 4 covers event hosting, requiring Students to spectate and host supervised events to develop hosting skills. Unit 5 is a final exam testing all previously covered material, and Unit 6 is a two-week probationary period where Students must host events, grade reports, and demonstrate competence. Upon completing all units and passing the probationary period, Students participate in a Graduation Ceremony, hosted by a BoR+. This event recognizes their promotion to Research Instructor. The program ensures consistent, quality training and adequate standards for command members.  For further and more detailed information, you may join the Academy Server linked below.
